  Hi, I’m Jodie, and I’m passionate about helping others unlock their potential—whether through mentoring, workshops, or inspiring talks for Administrative Professionals and business support teams.

Like many, my journey into this career wasn’t planned. Not knowing what path I wanted to take I started in temporary roles, taking on assignments like stuffing envelopes and organizing offices. But I quickly discovered the transformative value of this profession once my career began to take shape.

A defining moment came early in my career when I was told I was “just an assistant.” That phrase could have held me back, but instead, it became my motivation. I realized this role could be so much more—a place where quiet leadership and strategic thinking create value and impact.

Over two decades, I’ve developed a unique perspective as both a C-Suite EA and a mentor, specializing in helping introverted assistants build confidence, embrace visibility, and lead with authenticity. I bring this experience to every speaking engagement, whether it’s a conference keynote, panel discussion, or interactive workshop, in person or on-line.

As co-host of The Crodie Files Podcast and an advisory board member for The PA Show, I combine relatable stories with practical advice, focusing on topics like strategic impact, quiet leadership, and future-ready skills. My mission is simple: to inspire and empower professionals to thrive in an evolving industry.
